Register, name your programme (call them Champions, Ambassadors, or whatever your culture calls them: every label follows), and invite your programme team. Base is fully open from the first sign-in.
Add up to 25 people with their teams and sites. If you already have a network, import the list as it is; the coverage map immediately shows which parts of the organisation have a Champion and which do not.
Pick two or three priority behaviours from the behaviour catalogue. This is what the programme will be measured against, and the guided designer starts from here.
Set a task, schedule the first event, and send a message built in the comms builder with AI review. Champions see it on desktop or phone; you see who has done it.
Launch the Team Pulse to the colleagues your Champions support. That gives you the Behaviour Index starting line, so every later wave shows whether behaviour has moved.
